RETURNS:

We will accept returns ONLY if the product is damaged due to the packaging of your contents on our end.

ONCE the package (order) has been shipped Kahikina Kreations IS NOT responsible for ANY lost/stolen packages/orders.

Kahikina Kreations IS NOT responsible for any damages caused by shipping/delivery carriers. Each order will be provided a tracking number to use to claim with postal service/delivery company and/or shipping company.

EXCHANGES:

WILL ONLY HAPPEN IF THE ERROR HAPPENED ON OUR END.

We will do our best to make things right however ....

We will exchange a product for the exact same product in its category.

IE: Lamp for lamp - Earring for Earring etc.

KK has the right to refuse any and all returns/exchanges as it deems appropriates at any time for any reason.

NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS!
