Ordering and Shipping

Once order has been shipped and out of our hands physically- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS/TIME FRAMES. Please check and follow your tracking (provided with each order) to know when to expect your delivery.

Production time frame is 2 weeks = 14 PRODUCTION DAYS. What are our production days? These are the days YOUR order is produced- this EXCLUDES weekend days and Holidays! PLS DO NOT message us " where is my order?".

Production Calculation: 14 BUSINESS WEEKDAYS (shipping time is NOT included in the calculation). PLEASE DO NOT calculate the shipping time into the production time. Shipping time is completely separate. 

We make 95% of all items you see to order. Yes, even if someone orders just one lamp or one sign- its all made to order to minimize product stock on hand.

Once the order is received, it is processed (designed if not already done), double and triple checked- then off to the laser for cut. Once order is cut it is layed out/put together and goes through the finishing process before packaging. This process can take up to a week or longer depending on the type and size of the order.

A proof will be sent to the ordering customer for ALL Custom orders BEFORE cutting and finishing.

We acquire the BEST shipping rates avail for all orders.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping costs are based on order quantity, size and weight of box/package used to ship.

Name signs use a flat rate box to fit the size of the name sign - Rate is $20.20 (Pricing can change at any time WITHOUT notice due to current shipping rates) for 1-sign min and 10 signs max per box. We will only use this box to ship name signs to ensure contents are correctly padded for shipping.
